Astangu Vocational Rehabilitation Center
EQUASS Eesti
Astangu Vocational Rehabilitation Center was founded in 1995 under the administration of Ministry of Social Affairs. Astangu is the only vocational rehabilitation service provider in Estonia with clients all over the country and has a supportive role for the Ministry in decision making process.
EQUASS Assurance was and is implemented in Estonia with a support of European Social Fund in 2010-2011 ending up with 6 certificates and carries on with min 25 rehabilitation and welfare service providers in 2012-2013. Astangu is acting as EQUASS Local Licence Holder in Estonia since January 2012.
The Estonian National Stakeholder’s Committee consist of representatives from Ministry of Social Affairs, Social Insurance Board, Estonian Quality Association, The Estonian Chamber of Disabled People and service provider Tallinn Mental Health Center.
