Description:



Fønix is a unique HR-house in the county of Vestfold. They offer products and services in areas such as integration, restructuring and upgrading of skills, in the general field of work. Their main goal is to provide opportunities, and convey jobs, for those in need of a new work life.


Fønix employs 190 people and has a turnover of 160 mill. Their main office is situated in Sandefjord and they have nine offices placed throughout the county.


They have a strong hold in the field of career guidance and job conveying, and also a solid business network.


Last year, Fønix conveyed regular jobs for 1200 people, in addition to assisting over a 100 companies with solutions concerning sickness absence, restructuring and upgrading of skills.


TANGENT – a part of Fønix AS – is a preferred partner of them for many companies in the field of logistics and catering. Everything Fønix produces and delivers, is made by people with special needs that enables them to be a part of the workforce. Tangent has locations in both Sandefjord and Tønsberg (Nauen).

Fønix er et unikt HR-hus i Vestfold. Vi tilbyr produkter og tjenester innenfor integrering, omstilling og kompetanseheving i arbeidslivet. Vårt hovedfokus er å få arbeidssøkere ut i jobb. 


Fønix AS har ca. 200 ansatte og en omsetning på 170 mill. kroner. Vi har hovedkontor i Sandefjord og 9 avdelingskontorer fordelt over hele Vestfold.


Vi har et sterkt fagmiljø og godt nettverk i næringslivet.


I 2016 formidlet Fønix 1120 personer til ordinært arbeid, i tillegg bistod vi godt over 100 bedrifter med løsninger på sykefravær, omstilling og kompetanseheving.


TANGENT -  som er en del av FØNIX AS - er næringslivets samarbeidspartner på logistikk og matlevering.


Alt vi produserer og leverer utføres av mennesker med behov for varig tilrettelagt arbeid (VTA). Tangent  har lokasjoner i Sandefjord og Tønsberg (Nauen).
