Pasvalys Social Services Centre (hereinafter - the Centre) is a budgetary institution of Pasvalys District Municipality providing different types of services to various groups of service recipients. The Centre is a mixed social service institution providing different types of services to various groups of service recipients, and its internal structure consists of five divisions: Day Activity Centre, Custody of Children Centre, Institutional Social Care, Assistance at the Place of Residence, Social Work with Families. The institution has 106 approved staff positions and 120 employees. The mission of the centre is to provide quality social services to the residents of the District by meeting their basic needs, ensuring a safe environment and helping to overcome social exclusion. Social Work with Families division organizes and provides family social care services using a case management approach. Work with the child and family is organized by counselling them, providing emotional and social assistance and increasing the family's motivation to participate in the process of providing comprehensive or preventive assistance. The aim is to form and strengthen the social skills and motivation of family members to use the existing support system, enabling service users to overcome difficulties, make independent decisions on family problems, reduce social risks to successfully ensure the child's rights, legitimate interests and problems. The staff of the centre cooperates with other institutions and organizations, shares knowledge and experience, seeks the best solution in difficult situations, discusses, learns from others.
Pasvalio socialinių paslaugų centras (toliau - Centras) yra Pasvalio rajono savivaldybės biudžetinė įstaiga, teikianti skirtingų rūšių paslaugas, įvairioms paslaugų gavėjų grupėms. Centras - tai mišri socialinių paslaugų įstaiga, teikianti skirtingų rūšių paslaugas, įvairioms paslaugų gavėjų grupėms, o jo vidaus struktūrą sudaro penki padaliniai: Dienos užimtumo, Globos centro, Institucinės socialinės globos, Pagalbos namuose, Darbo su šeimomis. Įstaigoje patvirtinti 106 darbuotojų etatai, dirba 120 darbuotojų. Centro misija – teikti kokybiškas socialines paslaugas rajono gyventojams tenkinat jų būtiniausius poreikius, užtikrinant saugią aplinką ir padedant įveikti socialinę atskirtį. Darbo su šeimomis padalinys organizuoja ir teikia socialinės priežiūros šeimai paslaugas taikant atvejo vadybos metodą. Dirbamas darbas su vaiku ir šeima juos konsultuojant, teikiant emocinę bei socialinę pagalbą ir didinant šeimos motyvaciją dalyvauti kompleksinės pagalbos ar prevencinės pagalbos teikimo procese. Siekiama formuoti ir stiprinti šeimos narių socialinius įgūdžius ir motyvaciją naudotis esama pagalbos sistema, įgalinant paslaugų gavėjus įveikti iškilusius sunkumus, savarankiškai priimti sprendimus dėl šeimos problemų, sumažinant socialines rizikas, kad sėkmingai užtikrintų vaiko teises, teisėtus interesus ir spręstų iškilusias problemas. Centro darbuotojai bendradarbiauja su kitomis įstaigomis ir organizacijomis, dalijasi žiniomis ir patirtimi, ieško geriausio sprendimo sudėtingose situacijose, diskutuoja, mokosi iš kitų.
