Molto spesso chi viene a contatto con me lo fa per una motivazione ben precisa e spesso mi hanno detto che ero diversa da tutte le altre , per le foto e per ciò che scrivevo . Diversa non significa migliore ne peggiore semplicemente originale . Se vi piacerebbe vedermi esattamente come nelle foto con il preavviso giusto di almeno 30 minuti sarò esattamente come nelle foto. Il sesso con me potrebbe essere sbalorditivo anche perché amo quello che faccio... perché ogni volta mi da emozioni nuove e quel adrenalina di immaginare quali fantasie perverse realizzerò insieme a voi ! Le mie mani ed i miei piedi sono sempre curati ed amo usarli e amo quando vengono legati ! Sadomaso soft e giochi di ruolo mi piacciono molto li trovi divertenti ed eccitanti . Fidanzata, amica , segretaria , nipote o amante ogni volta è una nuova emozione e la cosa che mi piace di più è farlo sembrare il più reale possibile .

ICQEM Paper on EQUASS Assurance Certification won Best Paper Award!
Earlier we announced the publication of the ICQEM paper "EQUASS Assurance Certification: The View of Pioneer Adopters".
We are honoured to announce that this paper won the "Best Paper Award" issued by the European Academy of Business and Management Economics. Congratulations to Nuno Melão on winning the award!

EPR workshop on quality in social services
The EPR workshop on quality in social services, provided with support of the EasI programme of the European Commission, took place on the 8th of June 2016 in Arad, west of Romania, and was attended by 40 persons. The event was hosted by EPR partner Fundacia ASPIS, a non-government actor in services to adults with disabilities and vulnerable populations in Arad and Vladimirescu.

New impact studies on EQUASS Assurance & Excellence certification
We are happy to share with you the publication of two new EQUASS impact studies.
One study covers the EQUASS Assurance certificaton impacts while the other researches EQUASS Excellence.
Both studies were conducted by Nuno Melão, a lecturer at the School of Technology and Management of Viseu of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (Portugal), where he teaches several management related subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He received a PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University (UK) in 2001.
ICQEM Paper - EQUASS Assurance Certification: The View of Pioneer Adopters
On the 2nd International Conference on Quality Engineering and Management the paper "EQUASS Assurance Certification: The View of Pioneer Adopters" was presented. The paper examines from a practitioner’s perspective the European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) Assurance standard. In particular, it analyses the adoption motives, the internalisation of the standard, the impacts, the satisfaction and the renew intentions.
