Description:

company based at two locations in Numedal. We offer permanent adapted work (VTA) for people with a 100% disability pension, and assist jobseekers on the way to work in other companies through the work preparation training (AFT). In this way, we contribute to uplifting individuals, at the same time as we contribute to the business community in Numedal having access to qualified labor.

We have a goal of being a profitable company characterized by good customer care and sustainable production. The customers and their needs must be in focus, and good dialogue must ensure that we capture their wishes and needs.

Our main department is located at the environmental station located in Veggli and our other department is located at Rødberg station.

From spring 2020, Numedal Produksjon AS was given the responsibility for operating the new renovation station. Station in Rollag. Here we can offer new work arenas for our participants. In connection with the renovation Station, we also receive used items that we resell in our second-hand shop.

Both locations have merchandise sales in addition to production. Both locations have the offers VTA and AFT

Numedal Produksjon AS (NUPRO) er en vekst- og attføringsbedrift som holder til på to lokasjoner i Numedal. Vi tilbyr varig tilrettelagt arbeid (VTA) for personer med 100% uførepensjon, og bistår arbeidssøkere på veien til jobb i andre bedrifter gjennom tiltaket arbeidsforberedende trening (AFT). Slik bidrar vi til å løfte enkeltindividene, samtidig som vi bidrar til at næringslivet i Numedal får tilgang på kvalifisert arbeidskraft.

Vi har et mål om å være en lønnsom bedrift kjennetegnet ved god kundebehandling og bærekraftig produksjon. Kundene og deres behov skal stå i fokus, og god dialog skal sikre at vi fanger opp deres ønsker og behov.

Vår hovedavdeling finner du på miljøstasjonen som ligger i Veggli og vår andre avdeling ligger på Rødberg stasjon.

Fra vår 2020 fikk Numedal Produksjon AS ansvaret for å drifte den nye Miljøstasjonen i Rollag. Her kan vi tilby nye arbeidsarenaer for våre deltakere. I forbindelse med Miljøstasjonen får vi også inn brukte gjenstander som vi selger videre i vår bruktbutikk.

Begge lokasjonene har vareutsalg i tillegg til produksjonen.
