Description:

Our enterprise is a labour market business. We offer services to NAV, which are the Norwegian labour and Welfare Organisation. Our enterprise, established in 1989, is organized as a share holder company there the main share holders are the local municipalities. In our region we have 6 municipalities. The enterprise is located in Hallingdal (Gol and Hol), between Oslo and Bergen. The most important job our enterprise has to do is vocational rehabilitation. We help people take an active part in work instead of passivity, employment and labour inclusion. The service our enterprise provide for vocationally disabled are «Work preparation training”, «Work clarification», “Work with support”, and “Permanent employment to occupationally disabled persons” – for shorter or longer time. VINN`s Vision: "VINN will be leading and future oriented in work-related training and work inclusion in Hallingdal."

VINN Hallingdal AS er ei interkommunal arbeidsinkluderingsbedrift, etablert i 1989 og lokalisert midt mellom Oslo og Bergen. Det er de 6 kommunene i Hallingdal som eier bedrifta. Hovedkontoret ligger i Gol og ei mindre avdeling er plassert i Hol. Kjernevirksomheten vår er å legge til rette for aktiv arbeidsdeltakelse for personer som står uten arbeid, står i fare for å falle ut av arbeidslivet eller har usikre muligheter til arbeid. NAV er hovedkunden/oppdragsgiveren vår. Vi er tiltaksarrangør for ArbeidsForberedende Trening (AFT), Varig tilrettelagt arbeid (VTA), Oppfølging og Avklaring. VINN`s visjon: «VINN skal være ledende og framtidsrettet innen arbeidsrelatert opplæring og arbeidsinkludering i Hallingdal.»
