Description:

Empo offers adapted work to disabled people who fall outside the ordinary labor market. Through its activities, Empo contributes to strengthening and activating the employees' own skills, so that they acquire the necessary skills to be able to cope with everyday life.


Permanently arranged work (VTA)


VTA are workplaces aimed at people who receive, or in the near future are expected to receive, disability benefits. Empo has 45 VTA places. Through work training, we contribute to increasing the individual's competence and opportunity in working life, both practically and socially. Organized work is an important arena for coping, value creation and development.

Empo tilbyr tilrettelagt arbeid til yrkeshemmede som faller utenfor det ordinære arbeidsmarkedet. Empo bidrar gjennom sin virksomhet til å styrke og aktivere arbeidstakernes egne ferdigheter, slik at de får nødvendige ferdigheter for å kunne mestre hverdagen.


Varig tilrettelagt arbeid (VTA)


VTA er arbeidsplasser rettet mot personer som mottar, eller i nær fremtid ventes å få innvilget uføretrygd. Empo har 45 VTA plasser. Gjennom arbeidstrening bidrar vi til å øke den enkeltes kompetanse og mulighet i arbeidslivet både praktisk og sosialt. Tilrettelagt arbeid er en viktig arena for mestring, verdiskapning og utvikling.
