The purpose and community assignment is to clarify, educate, qualify and convey persons from passive life style to an ordinary labor market or education. The company has its own commodity and service productions as the workplace for persons served. The company also use training arenas in ordinary work life.

Formål og samfunnsoppdrag er å avklare, kvalifisere og formidle personer fra passive ordninger til et ordinært arbeidsmarked eller utdanning. Bedriften har egne vare og tjenesteproduksjoner som arbeids arenar for arbeidstakere på ulike tiltak.
