Arba Inklduering AS is a daughter company of Arba AS. Its purpose is to give people, who need facilitation, to get and keep work and to develop through this. Arba is a springboard to employment for everybody who wants to work, and is a source for labor for the companies in the municipalities Bærum and Asker. Arba is ownd by the municipality Bærum and is situated on three different locations in Asker and Bærum.

Arba er et springbrett til arbeidslivet for alle som ønsker å jobbe, og en viktig kilde til arbeidskraft for næringslivet i vår region. Vi holder til i Bærum og Asker og eies 100 % av Bærum kommune. Vi har 123 AFT plasser og 104 VTA plasser fordelt på 3 lokasjoner.
