EQUASS Consultant Training Portugal

Our next Consultant Training will be taking place in Porto, Portugal from 17 to 20 June 2019 (17-19 from 9.00 to 18.00 and 20 from 9.00 to 12.00) in the premises of APPC - Associação do Porto de Paralisia Cerebral Associação do Porto de Paralisia Cerebral .

The programme of the training. 

APPC is an EQUASS Recognised Excellence Social Service Providor, specialised in helping people with brain damage. They offer a range of services going from a daycare centre to residential homes, to educational programmes, to a rehabilitation centre and so much more. Check their website for more info: https://www.appc.pt/index.htm

 The training will be given by Michael Crowley according to a new concept and in English. For the learning objectives of the training, click here. 

- For who is interested in becoming an EQUASS recognised consultant, but has never had a training with EQUASS before:

The cost of the training is 1500 euros for 4 days, including lunch and coffee breaks. You are expected to bring an own laptop/iPad with MS Office installed (PowerPoint, Excel) and the most recent version of Adobe. When cancelling within less than three weeks of the start date of the training,  you are expected to pay the full fee upon cancellation of participation. One of the requirements to become a recognised EQUASS Consultant, is to participate in the full training.

 - For who is a recognised EQUASS Consultant in need of a callibration:

The cost of the training is 450 euros for 2 days (18 and 19 June), including lunch and coffee breaks. You are expected to bring an own laptop/iPad with MS Office installed (PowerPoint, Excel) and the most recent version of Adobe. When cancelling within less than three weeks of the start date of the training,  you are expected to pay the full fee upon cancellation of participation.

Before registering, please read our Consultant Profile to see whether you are eligible to become a recognised EQUASS Consultant. For any concerns on this matter, contact the Brussels office at equass@equass.be

After registering, you will receive an email with the templates for the documents, as described in the process for the selection of the training participants. Please send these filled back to equass@equass.be. After a check of this documents, you will be notified of your participation to the traning or not. In the latter case you will receive an answer on which grounds.

If accepted to the course you will receive an email with the homework that you are expected to make before the training starts.
