AGENA AS is a company that offers extensive employment services to both potential employees and employers. We aim to achieve employment for our candidates and jobseekers through personal development, job club, courses and support in the workplace. The company’s main objective is to assist and support unemployed people in their search for employment through either work placement in house or through the company’s extensive network of partners within the public and private sector.


We also provide high quality in house training arenas, which include production-orientated work within the following areas – catering, manufacturing of picture frames, production of plough sticks in bamboo, photo editing and simple graphical work, art gallery, and destruction of confidential material.

AGENA AS er et selskap som har som formål å få flest mulig, raskest mulig inn i riktig jobb gjennom personlig, målrettet arbeidsformidling og personalforvaltning, til beste for arbeidstaker og arbeidsgiver. Selskapet skal også drive arbeidskvalifisering og varig tilrettelagt arbeid gjennom å tilby kommersielt attraktive tjenester som bidrar til å gjøre hverdagen enklere for folk.


Bedriften kan også tilby AMO-kurs og funksjonsvurdering for sykemeldte i bedrifter. Hovedarena for arbeidspraksis foregår ute i det eksterne arbeidsmarkedet. Som arena for intern arbeidspraksis driver bedriften Tunet kafé/catering, rammeverksted, produksjon av brøytestikker i bambus, makuleringssentral, fotofremkalling, grafisk arbeid og kunstgalleri.
