Description:

OZARA d.o.o. Service and Disability Company, is a disability company dedicated to the training, employment, and the social inclusion of unemployed persons with disabilities, together with difficult-to-employ persons having limitations and barriers regarding employment opportunities. This can be due to illness, injury or functional limitations.


Our company’s vision


The vision of OZARA d.o.o. is to remain a successful econimic entity by continuing our work with vulnerable groups, employing persons with disabilities, imparting and learning new knowledge and providing quality assurance. In this way we are able to succesfully face the challenges of modern times and thus introduce new guidelines in the fields of training, employment, and the development of new work programmes and workplaces specially adpated for the work, integration and employment of persons with disabilities.


Our company’s mission


The mission of OZARA d.o.o. is the training and employment of persons with disabilities at certain specific workplaces that require the adaptation of production and service activities, whilst being part of a competitive market-economy system.


In this sense the company dedicates its business towards:



  • developing the work skills of persons with disabilities and thus creating a recognition of their skills, knowledge, and habits

  • establishing, designing, and maintaining more positive self-images by persons with disabilities, other employees, and people included within an Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Programme, thus providing greater opportunities for successful inclusion and integration within working environments

  • ensuring the right from the employment relationship in accordance with the applicable formal grounds and awareness of the subject rights

  • adapting their behaviour and the conditions of their working environments to the requirements of all employees, as well as those people included in the Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Programme and the Social Inclusion Programme

  • providing conditions for the prevention of social exclusion and marginalization

  • providing opportunities for self-esteem within their own communities and thus a sense of belonging within that community

  • combating the stereotyping and prejudice existing towards people with disabilities within a diverse society, which is achieved by the commitments of all employees, through the introduction of work programmes within the local environment, and by providing their basic living conditions

  • development of new work programmes and workplaces adapted for the training, employment, and inclusion of persons with disabilities


Goals of OZARA d.o.o.



  • employment of persons with disabilities

  • the full and efficient cooperation of all the inclusive employees within the working environment, and those people included in the Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Programme and the Social Inclusion Programme

  • raising the awareness of all employees about the necessity for respecting diversity, and accepting persons with disabilities as part of this diversity and humanity

  • the adapting of work-places regarding their technological and time aspects and thus enabling effective and equal working conditions for all employees

  • providing expert help and mentoring of employees at their work-places according to their individual needs

  • providing interesting programmes directed towards the employment of persons with disabilities

  • inclusion of all employees within the training and educational programmes for the purpose of efficiently adapting to the requirements and needs of technological development, and thus achieving high-quality task performances.


The employment center is a corporate body founded by OZARA d.o.o. with the purpose of employing persons with disabilities within protected work-places. OZARA ZC d.o.o. is an independent organisational unit with business units in Maribor, Murska Sobota and Slovenj Gradec. According to the EQUASS standard the employment center is part of the work and production programmes of OZARA d.o.o. , Specialised services.


An Employment Center provides sheltered work places for persons with disabilities who can only fulfill over 30 to 70 percent of their work quotas and have been issued with written provisions about sheltered employment by the Employment Service of Slovenia. This means that these persons can only be employed within sheltered work places.


An Employment Center provides adequate rooms, places, and premises that are adequatly equipped and accessible for persons with disabilities in respect to their disabilities.


All employees are guided professionally by a team of mentors.

OZARA storitveno in invalidsko podjetje d.o.o. je invalidsko podjetje, namenjeno usposabljanju, zaposlovanju in socialnemu vključevanju brezposelnih invalidov, težje zaposljivih brezposelnih oseb z ovirami in omejitvami pri zaposlovanju, ki izhajajo iz bolezni, okvare ali funkcijske omejitve.


Vizija podjetja


Vizija invalidskega podjetja OZARA d.o.o. je ostati uspešen gospodarski subjekt, ki se ob delu z ranljivimi skupinami, zaposlovanju invalidov, ob pomoči znanja in zagotavljanju kakovosti, učinkovito spoprijema z izzivi sodobnega časa in tako ustvarja nove smernice na področju usposabljanja, zaposlovanja ter oblikovanja novih delovnih programov in delovnih mest s prilagoditvijo za delo, vključitev ter zaposlitev invalidov.


Poslanstvo podjetja


Osnovno poslanstvo podjetja je usposabljanje in zaposlovanje invalidov na konkretnih delovnih mestih, čemur so podrejene tako proizvodne kot tudi storitvene dejavnosti, ki so sestavni del konkurenčnega tržno-ekonomskega sistema. V tem smislu si v podjetju prizadevamo za:



  • razvijanje delovnih spretnosti invalidov ter prepoznavanje razvoja njihovih spretnosti, znanj in navad

  • oblikovanje in ohranjanje pozitivnejše samopodobe invalidov ter drugih zaposlenih oseb in oseb vključenih v programe zaposlitvene rehabilitacije, kar povečuje možnosti za uspešno vključevanje v delovno okolje

  • zagotavljanje pravic iz delovnega razmerja v skladu z veljavnimi tozadevnimi formalnimi podlagami in osveščenost glede tovrstnih pravic,

  • prilagajanje vedenja in razmer delovnega okolja vsem zaposlenim osebam in osebam vključenih v programe zaposlitvene rehabilitacije in socialne vključenosti

  • zagotavljanje pogojev za preprečevanje socialne izključenosti in marginalizacije

  • zagotavljanje možnosti potrjevanja v skupnosti in tako občutek pripadnosti

  • ozaveščanje vseh zaposlenih o nujnosti spoštovanja različnosti in sprejemanja invalidov kod dela človekove raznolikosti in humanosti

  • tehnološko in časovno prilagajanje delovnih mest, ki omogočajo učinkovito in enakopravno opravljanje dela vseh zaposlenih

  • izvajanje strokovne pomoči in spremljanje zaposlenih oseb na delovnem mestu, glede na individualno ugotovljene potrebe

  • zagotavljanje tržno zanimivih programov kot osnova za zaposlovanje

  • vključevanje vseh zaposlenih v programe usposabljanja in izobraževanja z namenom učinkovitega prilagajanja zahtevam in potrebam tehnološkega razvoja ter kakovostnega izvajanje delovnih nalog


Invalidsko podjetje OZARA d.o.o. sestavljajo: program zaposlitvene rehabilitacije, program socialne vključenosti, tehnične službe, projektna pisarna, kadrovska služba, finančna služba ter zaposlitveni center OZARA ZC d.o.o.


Zaposlitveni center je pravna oseba, ki jo je ustanovilo invalidsko podjetje OZARA d.o.o., z namenom zaposlovanja invalidov izključno na zaščitenih delovnih mestih.


OZARA ZC d.o.o. je samostojna organizacijska oblika s poslovnimi enotami v Mariboru, Murski Soboti in Slovenj Gradcu. Zaposlitveni center se skladno s standardom EQUASS na področju dela vključuje v delovne in proizvodne programe, ki se izvajajo pod okriljem tehničnih služb invalidskega podjetja OZARA d.o.o.


Zaposlitveni center zagotavlja zaščitena delovna mesta invalidom, ki zaradi invalidnosti dosegajo nad 30 do 70 odstotkov pričakovanih rezultatov (pri delu) in jim je Zavod Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje izdal odločbo o tem, da so zaposljivi le na zaščitenih delovnih mestih.


Zaposlitveni center razpolaga z ustreznimi poslovnimi prostori, ki so primerno opremljeni in dostopni zaposlenim invalidom glede na vrsto njihove invalidnosti in ustreznimi delovnimi sredstvi za delo.


Vsi zaposleni so strokovno vodeni s strani strokovnih sodelavcev – mentorjev.


Invalidsko podjetje OZARA d.o.o. je tudi ustanovitelj zavoda (OZARA ZAVOD Maribor, s poslovnima enotama v Murski Soboti in Slovenj Gradcu), vendar pa ta omenjeni zavod ne bo zajet oz. ni predviden v obseg zunanje presoje.
