The Day activities center was established in 2001, as a day center for youth and people with disabilities ( intellectual disorder, physical) from the age of 18. Disabled people can have light and/or heavy disabilities, but however be very friendly and creative. The institution is a methodological center for social work. It has an award for work with young people and the services are licensed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. There are 30 disabled people who visit the center every day, with about 15 employees working with them. The institution provides quality social services, strives for the welfare of the disabled and the improvement of their quality of life. The institution has a friendly team and is open and welcoming to volunteers and newcomers.
Dienos veiklos centras buvo įkurtas 2001 metais. Dienos centras skirtas jaunimui ir žmonėms su negalia (intelektualiu sutrikimu, fizine negalia) nuo 18 metų amžiaus. Neįgalieji turi įvairias negalias, lengvas ir sunkias, tačiau yra labai draugiški ir kūrybingi. Institucija yra socialinio darbo metodinis centras, turi apdovanojimą už darbą su savanorišku jaunimu, teikiamos paslaugos yra licencijuotos pagal Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymus. Centre kasdien apsilanko centre 30 neįgaliųjų, su jais tiesiogiai dirba apie 15 darbuotojų. Mūsų įstaiga teikia kokybiškas socialines paslaugas, siekia neįgaliųjų gerovės, gerina jų gyvenimo kokybę. Institucija, su dirbančiais darbuotojais ir neįgaliu jaunimu, yra draugiška komanda, atvira savanoriams. Esame atviri, bendraujantys ir pasiruošę į savo komandą priimti kiekvieną naują žmogų.
