The Strėvininkai social care home is a budgetary institution, the owner of which is the state. The owner‘s rights and duties of the care home are implemented by the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania. The address of the care home: Mokyklos st. 46, Mūro Strėvininkų village, Žiežmarių mun., Kaišiadorių district, The Republic of Lithuania.
The purpose of the Strėvininkai social care home is to provide a long-term (as well as a short-term) social care for adults with disabilities which prevent them from living independently, using other community services and who require a constant supervision by specialists. The care home accommodates people who, due to mental disability or mental disorders, have a working capacity level from 0 up to 40%, a special need for permanent nursing or permanent care (assistance), or a high or moderate level of special needs.
In 2023, the planned number of residents of the care home is 182 people, including: 174 people who are provided with a long-term social care in the inpatient department of the institution; 8 people who are provided with a long-term social care in the department of the institution which is called The Group Home of Žiežmariai.
Strėvininkų socialinės globos namai yra biudžetinė įstaiga, kurios savininkė yra valstybė. Globos namų savininko teises ir pareigas įgyvendina LR Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija. Globos namų buveinės adresas: Mokyklos g. 46, Mūro Strėvininkų kaimas, Žiežmarių sen., Kaišiadorių rajonas, Lietuvos Respublika.
Strėvininkų socialinės globos namų paskirtis - užtikrinti ilgalaikę (trumpalaikę) socialinę globą suaugusiems asmenims su negalia, dėl kurios jie negali gyventi savarankiškai, naudotis kitomis bendruomenės paslaugomis ir kuriems būtina nuolatinė specialistų priežiūra.
Globos namuose apgyvendinami asmenys, kuriems dėl proto negalios ar psichinių sutrikimų nustatytas 0-40% darbingumo lygis, specialusis nuolatinės slaugos ar nuolatinės priežiūros (pagalbos) poreikis arba nustatytas didelių ar vidutinių specialiųjų poreikių lygis.
2023 m. planinis globos namų gyventojų skaičius - 182 asmenys, iš jų: 174 asmenys, kuriems teikiama ilgalaikė socialinė globa stacionariniame įstaigos padalinyje; 8 asmenys, kuriems teikiama ilgalaikė socialinė globa įstaigos padalinyje - Žiežmarių grupinio gyvenimo namuose.
