Šalčininkų socialinių paslaugų centras

Šalčininkai Social Services Center is located in the very center of Šalčininkai and is well known in the local community. The center was established by the decision of the Šalčininkai district municipal council in 1998. November 27

Since 1999 The center provides social services to the residents of Šalčininkai city and district.

The mission of the center is to provide social services to those residents of Šalčininkai district who cannot take care of their personal (family) life independently and who need help in meeting their necessary needs and solving social problems.

The aim of the center is to organize and provide quality social services to families at social risk, people with disabilities, seniors and other social groups of people, enabling them and their families to develop and strengthen their abilities and opportunities to solve their social problems, take care of their health and maintain social contacts.

The Center performs the following functions:

1. 1. Provides general social services meeting the needs of the residents of Šalčininkai district (information, consultation, mediation, provision of basic clothing and footwear, personal hygiene and personal care, transport and socio-cultural).

3. 1. Home help services for the disabled and the elderly and temporary respite for their relatives.


4. 2. Development of social skills and support of service recipients at home services.


5. 3. Provides special (day social care and nursing services for people with severe disabilities).

Other services provided:

1. 1. Provision of technical assistance to the residents of the district.


2. 2. Social work with families through case management.

During 2021, 56.45 posts were approved at the center.

Main groups of service users:

- Adults with disabilities and their families;

- Senior people and their families;

- Children with severe disabilities and their families;

- Families at social risk;

Home help service has been available since 2006. From 2020 The Center participates in the project “Improving the quality of social services by applying the EQUASS quality system” and seeks to obtain the EQUASS quality certificate for social care (home help) services.

Šalčininkų socialinių paslaugų centras įsikūręs pačiame Šalčininkų miesto centre ir yra gerai žinomas vietos bendruomenėje. Centras įsteigtas Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės tarybos sprendimu 1998 m. lapkričio 27 d.

Nuo 1999 m. centras teikia socialines paslaugas Šalčininkų miesto ir rajono gyventojams.

Centro misija – teikti socialines paslaugas tiems Šalčininkų rajono gyventojams, kurie negali savarankiškai rūpintis savo asmeniniu (šeimos) gyvenimu ir kuriems būtina pagalba, tenkinant jų būtinuosius poreikius bei sprendžiant socialines problemas.

Centro tikslas – organizuoti ir teikti kokybiškas socialines paslaugas šeimoms, patiriančioms socialinę riziką, neįgaliesiems, pagyvenusiems ir kitoms socialinėms žmonių grupėms, sudarant sąlygas jiems ir jų šeimoms ugdyti ir stiprinti gebėjimus ir galimybes savarankiškai spręsti savo socialines problemas, rūpintis savo sveikata,  palaikyti socialinius ryšius su visuomene.

Centras vykdo šias funkcijas:
1.Teikia bendrąsias socialines pagal Šalčininkų rajono gyventojų poreikius (informavimas, konsultavimas, tarpininkavimas, aprūpinimas būtiniausiais drabužiais ir avalyne, asmens higiena ir priežiūra, transporto ir sociokultūrines) paslaugas.
2.Teikia specialiasias socialinės  paslaugas :

• Pagalbos į namus neįgaliesiems bei pagyvenusiems asmenims ir laikino atokvėpio jų artimiesiems paslaugas;


• Socialinių įgūdžių ugdymas, palaikymas ir (ar)atkūrimas paslaugų gavėjų namuose paslaugas.

   • Integralios pagalbos (dienos socialines globos ir slaugos paslaugas asmenims su sunkia negalia) paslaugas.
   
   
   
   

4. 4. Kitos paslaugos:

4.1. Rajono gyventojų aprūpinimas techninės pagalbos priemonėmis;

4.2. Socialinis darbas su šeimomis taikant atvejo vadybą;

4.3. Asmeninė pagalba.

2021m. Centre patvirtintos 56,45 pareigybės.

Pagrindinės paslaugų gavėjų grupės:

• Suaugę asmenys su negalia ir jų šeimos;


• Senyvo amžiaus asmenys ir jų šeimos;


• Vaikai su negalia ir jų šeimos;


• Šeimos, patiriančios socialinę riziką;

Pagalbos į namus paslauga yra teikiama nuo 2006 m.
