The Social Services Centre is a budget institution of the Šiauliai City Municipality of the Republic of Lithuania, providing general and special
social services at the Social Services Centre and at the service recipients' homes, taking into account the need for personal (family) social services,
promoting their activeness in order that they could take care of themselves in the future.
The VISION of the Social Service Centre is to be a modern, cooperative institution, to provide high quality social services to the residents of
Šiauliai City and to perform effectively the functions delegated to it.
The MISSION of the Social Service Centre is to provide high quality social services to the residents of Šiauliai, who need help, ensuring the
conditions, that respect the dignity of a person, and meeting the necessary needs.
The values of the Social Service Centre are the following:
