Description:

Montar AS is a Supported Employment Company in Målselv Municipality. Our vision is "Well-being and pride in a work creative environment". Our purpose is to conduct practical training and learning, production, trade and other types of service-related work. Learning and development processes must lead the participant/employee towards the goal of performing work in the ordinary labor market. For employees with the lowest functioning levels, we provide Permanently Supported Employment (VTA).        


Some people are in constant need of variation in their work tasks to thrive, while others want to do routine tasks. At Montar AS there are opportunities for both groups. Montar AS is owned by Målselv Municipality and has the two activities Permanently Supported Employment (20) and Work Practice in Sheltered Activities (10). We have 8 ordinary employees. Montar AS conducts production within laundry, carpentry, handicrafts, firewood-production, job fruit and general service businesses. We also run our own shop and café with a small-scale production of goods.
