Description:

The organisations mission is to provide work-related services for deaf, hearing-impaired and deaf-blind persons, who need customized environment and services. Throughout the organisation sign language is the main mode of communication. This is important to take into consideration, when assessing how information is conveyed to the service users. The services are given on order from and according to specifications from NAV(the employment service in Norway). The organisation offers work opportunities in a professional bakery, fruit baskets production, local cleaning services, cafeteria, assembly department and transport services. They also accommodate for work training and permanent work with external employers. All profits stays within the organisation, to benefit the mission and the service users.
