The limited company Smiløkka was established in 1990, and Smiløkka arena AS was established in 2007 to signal that the business is an arena for development and growth for individuals and the community.

Smiløkka ble etablert i 1988 med utspring i tidligere Fossnes sentralhjem i Stokke, som et aktivitetstilbud for beboerne. Aksjeselskapet Smiløkka ble etablert i 1990, og navnet Smiløkka arena AS ble etablert i 2007 for å signalisere at virksomheten er en arena for utvikling og vekst for individ og samfunn.


Smiløkka legger sin visjon og misjon, samt sineverdier til grunn for sitt kvalitetsarbeid:
