Viuno AS is a Limited company owned by two councils (Fredrikstad and Hvaler). It has existed since 1974 under another name, but was established at a VTA company in 2005, which rates currently 6 departments, 99 approved VTA positions and 16 apprentices/trainee students. The company has 21 employees. Viuno AS helps individual participants to become independent in their everyday life and have an opportunity to contribute til the society in generel through their work.


Viuno AS has many regular partners/customers and departments. The of the the business of Viuno AS includes packaging and assembly, logistics, mechanical, cateringm canteen, goods and persons transport and firewood production. Viuno also provides simple cleaning tasks to local companies and private people. The company has also established outdoor setting group focusing on environmental work in the neighborhood.


As of 01.05.19, Hvaler arbeidssenter was merged with Viuno AS. This is now a department of Viuno, located in Hvaler. The company now works according to the same management documentation as Viuno AS. The department comprises 11 users and 4 ordinary employees.

Viuno AS er et aksjeselskap eid av Fredrikstad og Hvaler kommune. Selskapet har eksistert siden 1974, men da under Mineberget Industrier AS. Selskapet ble etablert som en VTA-bedrift i 2005. I dag har firmaet 7 avdelinger, 99 godkjente VTA-plasser, 16 lærekandidater og 21 ansatte.


Viuno AS hjelper den enkelte deltaker til å bli selvstendig i hverdagen og skal gi vedkommende en mulighet til å bidra i samfunnet gjennom sitt arbeid.


Kjernevirksomheten til Viuno AS omfatter pakking, montering, logistikk, mekanisk, kantinevirksomhet, catering,  persontransport og vedproduksjon. Selskapet har også etablert en utemiljøgruppe med fokus på miljøarbeid i nærområdet.
