Sandnes Pro-Service AS. Centrally locate in Sandnes with subsidiary in Gjesdal is a company offering employment and training to occupationally disabled persons and provides services to approximately 190 clients. The company operates under laws and regulations given by the Ministry of Labour and work closely with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.


The Company provides permanent adapted work for individuals who have no possibility for a job in the open labour marked. In addition, the company provides “Work Preparator Training” for people who need to establish necessary and basic job skills an “Supported Employment” for the ones in need of an extensive follow up (in the open labour marked).


Sandnes Pro-Service Ltd. Is owned by the Municipalities Sandnes and Gjesdal and has 45 employees. To provide work trial and training- Sandnes pro-Service has its own production of a wide variety of products and service, which primarily are sold in the local community.

Sandnes Pro-Service AS er en produksjons og opplæringsbedrift for mennesker som trenger tilrettelagt arbeid, sentralt beliggende med hovedkontor i Sandnes- og med avdelingskontor i Gjesdal. Bedriften gir tilbud til 190 personer innen et vidt spekter av tilbud og tiltak.


Virksomheten er underlagt lover og reguleringer gitt av Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet og arbeider i et nært samarbeid med NAV.


Vi tilbyr arbeid og utviklingstiltak for personer som trenger et tilrettelagt arbeidstilbud, samt arbeidstrening og praksis for personer som har behov for nødvendige og grunnleggende jobbferdigheter. I tillegg tilbyr bedriften bistand for personer med store behov for støtte og oppfølging for å kunne komme inn i det ordinære arbeidsmarkedet.


Sandnes Pro-Service er eid av kommunene Sandnes og Gjesdal, og har 45 ordinært ansatte medarbeidere. Bedriften tilbyr opplæring, arbeid og trening. Vi har varierte oppgaver og produksjon av varer og tjenester primært rettet mot det lokale næringslivet.
