Description:

The purpose of the company is to carry out practical training, production and other service activities using armed power among persons who are unable to perform work in the ordinary labor market. Through work, one seeks to initiate a learning and development process with the individual so that he / she reaches the greatest possible extent towards the goal of being able to perform work in the ordinary labor market. For the weakest, the company can provide permanent work. It is an overdoed goal that the company, in close cooperation with its partners, will work to make the individual's life situation as safe and good as possible.

Selskapets formål er å drive praktisk opplæring, produksjon og annet tjenesteytende arbeid ved bruk av arbeidskraft blant personer som ikke er i stand til å utføre arbeid på det ordinære arbeidsmarkedet. Gjennom arbeid skal en søke å sette i gang en lærings- og utviklingsprosess hos den enkelte slik at han/hun i størst mulig grad når fram mot det mål å kunne utføre arbeid på det ordinære arbeidsmarkedet. For de svakest fungerende kan selskapet gi varig tilrettelagt arbeid. Det er et overordnet mål at selskapet i nært samarbeid med sine samarbeidspartnerer skal arbeide for å gjøre den enkeltes livssituasjon så trygg og god som mulig.   


Selskapet tilbyr også tiltaket AFT til tjenestemottakere som trenger bistand til å komme i posisjon til jobb,utdanning eller annen avklaring.
